  • Crappy app

    By Reado1983
Trying to find my tickets (was following instructions with a representative on the phone) and everything the rep was telling me to do was not on the app at all. Hate this app 0 stars!
  • Glitchy

    By Keoni0964
The update of this app has become so glitchy. Have to open and close a couple of times. Also issues with watching games and they drop. What am I paying for????
  • Utter Garbage

    By Bergie25
I’ve got two nephews in the minors, and I thought that this app would be the greatest thing ever. Unfortunately the heads of the game didn’t feel that putting ANY MONEY OR THOUGHT into how it runs or works was a wise idea. This feels like it comes out of the AOL vs CompuServe generation. Disappointing!!
  • MLB

People have to wake up and not renew their MLB subscription. They always have dumb excuses for anyone complaining about all their apps.

  • Need to login every time

    By Cannonball Adderall
I'm really getting tired of having to login daily. This app needs a UI overhaul as well.
  • Air Play is horrible for 2022 season

    By Rural Grinder
3rd season attempting to watch our son's teams. Air Play will infuriate you. Pauses constantly with updated software & devices. Cuts out.
  • Do Something!!

The majority of the reviews here offer suggestions and/or complaints telling you exactly what is wrong with your app. Some of the complaints/suggestions have been the same for years but you do nothing to respond or make fixes. My main complaint is having to re-log on to this paid for app every day to watch games. This same complaint is here many many times but you do absolutely nothing for your paid customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Please fire whoever is in charge and find a professional that cares.
  • Incredibly bad interface

    By Lhjraffe
Extremely kludgy user interface. Hit double A or single A and you still see triple A games. Does not save any info and you have to manually enter ID and password, and you are back on Triple A teams, regardless of what level you enter. Subtitles will suddenly appear and try to shut them off without killing the feed. The ”recommended” setting is “automatic” for subtitles; why? Who knows? And they periodically start again, even when you shut them off. Why are only the home announcers available? Why not the away announcers too, considering that most people watching are likely visiting team fans? Minor league hockey seems to be able to handle it. The MiLB app appears to have been thrown together and never had a serious upgrade to fix problems. Very sloppy.
  • No reason to have a ad banner

    By Policjant Husky
No reason to have ads in the app. No other official sports league app does this
