  • Games

Even that it’s not a game it’s just 🫀🥷 Good sounds great to me and It’s the best app I love ❤️ the Mets
  • The bugs and customer service are infuriating

    By a.stewart94
This is one of the single most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. Functionality-wise, it’s great until you actually try to watch a game. I’ve used the app for about 2 full seasons and at least twice per week when I try to get on and watch the game I get an unknown error message that will not allow me to view the game. Most of the time deleting and reinstalling the app works, but not always. The amount of times I’ve contacted customer service about this is insane, they always just say “delete and reinstall” followed by “restart your phone” regardless of whether you have done these things already. Then there is no progression, just “we will make a note in your file” if these 2 things don’t work. For those of us who use a VPN to protect our data - you cannot log in to the app with your VPN on. It will just give you an error over and over again. You also cannot watch a game if you also have the VPN app open at the same time. You have to close the app (VPN can still be connected now that you’re logged in) and then MOST of the time it lets you watch. I dread using this app, but I will continue because it’s really the most cost effective option and I love baseball more than I hate the MLB’s inability to fix a bug or offer more than 2 customer service responses.
  • Love the app!

I love this app. I just wondering if the widget is going to be brought back?
  • Solid app except for one flaw

    By Coreperformance
The app is excellent for staying on top of MLB and watching games. It does have one big annoying flaw: when viewing scores and going into a box score for a specific game, when you back up the app loses your scroll position. Please fix this annoying bug
  • Useless app

    By SadNoPDF
App is useless- can’t log into the app to watch games. Subscribed online. Can’t watch games in the browser. Try to log into the app and says there’s an error. Useless.
  • Increasingly bad

    By mrdna46
This app gets worse with every update. The audio feed dates have been wrong for most of the season. The current day shows the previous day’s archived games. The next day shows the current feeds. Sometimes they work…for a few minutes. The CarPlay integration is abysmal at best. Playback constantly fails and requires “authentication,” which often means pulling over to the side of the road, force quitting the app, and restarting. It’s usually not worth trying to listen while driving. I’m listening to the radio broadcast at home now because of the dumb blackout restrictions. The audio had inexplicably stopped twice just while typing this. Baseball fans deserve better than this. Update: of course I get the developer response, like everyone else, to use their web form to log complaints. I’ve done that and there’s no response and no fixes as usual.
  • Works sometimes I guess

    By MyCoolNiceName
Paid for an subscription, some days it works great with no problem, but on most days I'm lucky to just get past the generic "Something went wrong error" without having to reopen and close the app a dozen times let alone actually be able to cast it to my tv. The devices I'm casting from are both very new and no other app I use has these types of casting issues. Unless something drasticlally changes in the next couple of months I definitely will not be renewing my subscription or using this app anymore.
  • Great app but can you end the spoilers?

    By I live for 69
I often watch the games delayed, and it spoils the game a bit when the video shows how much time is remaining (I.e., 12 mins left heading into the bottom of the ninth in a tie game). If possible please fix this!!
  • Almost perfect

    By BaileySchooler
This app is almost perfect, but with a little refinement this app could be even better than it is. When casting to a TV, give us the ability to turn off the captions. It’s annoying to see subtitles when trying to see the score or what inning it is. Also when casting to a TV, update it so that the broadcast doesn’t pause every 10 seconds. Sometimes the broadcast works fine, but most of the time I have to close out of the app and restart it for the game to run smoothly while casting. Lastly, in the stats section, give us the ability to refine the stats by position. We are able to refine by year, by team or player, by where we are in the season, but no refinement when it comes to positions. I would like to compare all the 3rd basemen in the league, or comparing all the catchers. I think that this would make looking at the stats a lot better.
  • Great until regional detection got messed

    By travyhop
When trying to watch games on my phone, mlb will read my location as all over the map and will blackout wild games. If I tune in on my pc or Xbox, just fine. My phone has blacked out games from east coast to west. App is trash
