  • New problem

    By pha2022
In the past week, a new problem has arisen. After reading an article, when you hit the return button to go back to the first page, you are sent to another page. I have to tap my WP app To return to first page. Very annoying. Please fix this. Thanks

I really enjoy the online version of the Washington Post. The ability to listen to the articles in an audible format is a huge game changer. Being able to listen to articles while doing my daily activities is awesome.

I long for a functioning “fourth estate”, the investigation and information check on our three branches of government. WAPO consistently delivers accurate, relevant, and fair coverage that opens my eyes to change and spotlights news on the intractable obstacles our society still has not solved. As a native I want local, practical news about government actions, DC goings on, and who is influencing whom…(and for how much!) As an American I rely on news analyses that correctly recognize pivots and shifts in our society. Simply put, Washington Post gives me all of this... and more. Even among the many competitors for my attention, even after 35 years, WAPO still provides the absolutely the best sourced and best synthesized information about our nation’s Capitol, national policy summaries, and local news. It is a big part of my life and my ongoing education. Bless them all.
  • Great app

IT GETS WORSE! When paying for the Washington Post separately from Apple news on an iPhone you have no control of how you read the Washington post or what you’re allowed to do with the articles you see. Apple takes complete control and allows you to pin some articles on the Pinterest and something don’t but they certainly put a different picture of them on your screen that put Apple news picture up which is actually theft Apple Watch bad Apple news they don’t allow you to do what you want with the story say it come with it and I’m not paying for it with the Apple TV I’m paying separately Apple is the biggest fraud that ever lived. My complaint is not with the Washington post but with the way Apple steals my subscription to The Washington Post and put it in with Apple news and controls what I can do with it. Washington post as always it’s great. Just don’t make the mistake that I did and all how Apple to login for you because every subscription I’ve ever allowed Apple to take care of I’m locked out of Apple makes a mess of my passwords and subscriptions and when I call Apple the answer I get is call the Washington Post nobody in Apple ever takes responsibility for anything so get your subscription to the Washington post but don’t let Apple be involved in password of the login or anything because Apple is a mess.

I wish we could “search” articles.

I hate it when I'm trying to read an article and there is an animated, flashing ad on the very same page, distracting me, trying to get my attention. It is very annoying.

Terrific reporting and composition. Great analysis. Format is weak and requires overhaul.
  • Senior Rate

I love this paper. Can you start charging a Senior Rate for a monthly online subscription? A $1 per week rate is appropriate and would bring more customers to your site.
