  • Athletic has best NBA content

    By AntJr78
If you are looking for the best NBA content then look no further as The Athletic has you covered. They produce fresh content daily and 2 months into my subscription have yet to read a bad article, all content produced by their writers is either solid or better, best money spent by far!
  • Great content crappy app

    By RabidSquirrel95
I don’t regret the subscription but the app often won’t update with the latest stories. I need to go to the web to read the newest stories.
  • This app is dog squeeze

    By Dpolarbear
Paid for it and still can’t open stories. Awful. Also, can’t find customer support. Total joke.
  • Don

Lacking. Would a far better if included World Tour bicycling and track and field.
  • Charge Subscription Fees but Can’t Access

    By Alone with No Help
You have no problem charging me but lack customer support to allow me to log in
  • Poor App

    By cxzi
The Athletic has got some great writers on it, definitely worth the money. My main issue however is that I can’t even login to the app on my iPhone or my iPad, it just sits there loading.
  • Consistency

    By CERSR1
I enjoy the knowledge of information that’s put on a regular basics of 75-85%. Which is good considering what you do cover it’s do throughly and non-bias for the most part. Now the 15-25% to me that slides through the cracks, is the coverages for the HBCU’s , NCAA’s Baseball, Women’s Basketball, and Track n Field. With that being said in my opinion very good consistency throughout you folks articles no really out senseless reporting as others do. Enjoy it tremendously keep up the works 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾! Oh definitely more HBCU coverage of football and basketball games and tournaments please and thanks for reading my $.63.✌🏾
  • New Update Needs Fixed

    By Bones2114
The original app was one of my favorite out there for its ease of use when swiping to a new section. While I’ve mostly got used to the new version, I can’t read any article that a tweet imbedded in it. The tweet just constantly refreshes from a link to the actual tweet and makes it impossible to read the article.
  • Free but

    By sloejim1
I received The Athletic through my NYT subscription and didn’t know much about it before. For a sports dedicated news organization they leave a lot simply uncovered. For example they have nothing on the US Track & Field Nationals going on right now. I think this is only useful if you follow football and don’t like ESPN
  • Awful

    By Conebone420
Articles impossible to read. Waiting forever for it to stop bouncing due to loading a dozen Twitter things or whatever
